The Board of Governors are unhappy with college discipline and haul in the Headmaster for a special meeting. Quoting a letter written by a student who is studying abroad, they inform the Head that in foreign lands spanking is still being administered. The Board demand the immediate return of corporal punishment. Three 20-year-old foreign students at the college are selected for discipline in front of the board.
